1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Preorder and backorder items follow the timelines displayed on each product page. These timelines reflect the best estimated restock and shipping windows.

If we experience a high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified via email if additional time is needed.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship orders using standard ground shipping for both domestic and international destinations.

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): Standard ground
  • International Shipping: Standard international courier shipping

All shipments include tracking information.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and calculated based on:

  • Delivery destination (domestic or international)
  • Product weight/size
  • Whether the item qualifies for free shipping

Free Shipping

Some certain products qualify for free shipping. This will be clearly marked on the product page. Free shipping offers to do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or United States territories. 

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on live carrier estimates.

Oversized Item Surcharges

We do not charge extra for oversized or heavy items.

 

4. Delivery Estimates

Domestic Delivery (USA)

Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–5 business days after shipment.

International Delivery

Estimated delivery timeframe: 6–8 business days after shipment.
Customs processing may extend delivery times.

Preorders & Backorders

Estimated shipping timelines are provided directly on each product page.
Restock dates and expected ship dates are updated regularly.

 

5. Shipment Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed automatically once your order ships.

If your tracking information does not update within 72 hours, please contact us at support@curioblvd.com.

 

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If a buyer enters an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Customers must contact us at support@curioblvd.com immediately to update the information.
  • If the order has not shipped yet, the address will be updated at no cost.
  • If the order has already shipped, the customer may be responsible for re-shipment fees.
  • Refunds may be offered if the order cannot be delivered.

7. Route Package Protection (Damage, Loss & Theft)

We partner with Route to offer package protection insurance at checkout.

If Route Protection Is Purchased

Customers are eligible for:

  • Full replacement of the item, or
  • Full refund, visit our refund policy page for more details

Route claims require:

  • Photo evidence of damage (if applicable)
  • Order details
  • Claim submission through Route’s system

If Route Protection Is NOT Purchased

We still support customers but with modified terms:

  • If Route Protection is not purchased, we will still assist you by working with the carrier to investigate lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We do not deny support for these situations.
  • Refund requests may still be approved depending on the situation
  • Photo evidence is required for damaged items

We will work with customers and the carrier to investigate issues.


8. Shipping Delays & Tracking Issues

If a package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe:

  • Customers may cancel their order any time before it ships for a full refund, visit our refund policy page for more details
  • If the order is already in transit, customers may return the item once delivered
  • We will notify customers by email of unexpected carrier delays or changes to shipping timelines

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

Before Shipment

Customers may:

  • Cancel their order
  • Modify their order
  • Change their shipping address

10. International Duties & Taxes

Curio Blvd is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or fees applied to international orders.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

11. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Your item is defective
  • Your item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • Something is missing from your package

We may request photo evidence to process your claim.
