Refund & Return Policy 

We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, damages, and lost-package situations are handled at Curio Blvd.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return requests submitted after 14 days may not be eligible.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Only items purchased at full price are eligible for return. Items purchased at a discount may be exchanged or returned for store credit. 
  • The item must be in the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags
  • In its original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

3. How to Start a Return

To begin a return request, email us at support@curioblvd.com.

  • We review all return requests within 48 hours.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide:
    • A return shipping label
    • Instructions for where and how to send your package

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Return Address

All approved returns must be shipped to:

6. Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@curioblvd.com with:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Lost Packages & Shipping Insurance

Curio Blvd partners with Route Package Protection for shipping insurance.

If the customer purchased Route insurance:

  • Lost or damaged packages are fully covered
  • Customers receive a replacement or a refund
  • Curio Blvd support assists with filing the Route claim

If the customer did NOT purchase Route insurance:

  • We will assist in investigating the shipment
  • Customers may be responsible for reshipment shipping fees
  • Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis depending on the carrier investigation

Curio Blvd does not leave customers unsupported—assistance is always provided.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us.

9. Exchanges

For the fastest service, return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

10. European Union 14-Day “Cooling-Off” Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without explanation.

Items must still meet the standard eligibility requirements (unused, tags, original packaging).

11. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will notify you if the refund is approved.
  2. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
  • If 15 business days pass after your refund approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at support@curioblvd.com.

12. Rejected Returns

If your return does not meet the eligibility requirements: 

  • You will not receive a refund for the item.
  • You may request to have the item shipped back to you at your expense.
  • Items that are damaged or do not qualify for resale may be discarded.
  • Partial refunds may be issued at Curio Blvd’s discretion.
